The TTI Success Insights® DISC assessment measures four unique factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. The combination of these four factors creates a unique DISC profile for each individual.
The DISC considers HOW a person does what they do. It creates a language around observable behavior.
A person takes an online assessment answering a series of questions, then a report is generated indicating personalized insights about the person’s behaviors. The individual will then receive a consultation with one of our coaches to review results and further the learning followed by 1-1 coaching to ensure long lasting change.
